Margarine, deep fried Foods, re-heated oils, sunflower, safflower, corn, soy, canola, peanut oil 

CONDIMENTS

Apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon and lime juice, miso, raw cacao powder, tamari, fresh pepper herbs and spices including ginger, turmeric, chilli, garlic, mint, coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg etc., balsamic vinegar and herbal teas

Avoid –

Prepared salad dressings and sauces, tomato and BBQ sauce, commercial spreads, mayonnaise.
